Omdat al mijn honden een langhaar factor hebben.
Worden er in (bijna) ieder nest ook langhaar collies geboren.
Deze langhaar collies, hebben het zelfde karakter
en goede gezondheid als hun korthaar broertjes en zusjes.
De Raad van Beheer geeft voor deze honden geen langhaar stambomen, maar korthaarcollie stambomen of korthaar met afwijkende vacht.

Because  all my smooth collies are rough factored, there are rough collies born in (almost) every litter.
These rough collies have the same character and good health as there smooth litter mates.
In Holland the rough and the smooth collies are two separate breeds, and the rough collie born from smooth parents is not recognised as a rough. They resave a smooth collie pedigree, or a smoothcollie pedigree with a diverge coat.
